Will Kalshi meet Washington's September 2 geofencing deadline?

A King County judge ordered Kalshi to block Washington residents from sports, elections, politics, entertainment and mention markets. Kalshi had to add an IP and residency geofence by August 19, and a multi-source GeoComply system by September 2. Missing the second deadline carries a penalty of $120,000 per day, unless Kalshi files a sworn affidavit explaining a technical delay. Resolves YES if Kalshi has the multi-source geofencing in place by end of day September 2, 2026, with no daily penalties assessed, no affidavit of technical delay filed, and no extension granted. Resolves NO if any of those happen: penalties assessed, an affidavit of delay filed, an extension granted, or the requirement otherwise unmet. Kalshi remains permitted to offer commodities, climate, economics and finance markets in Washington, and those are not part of this question.
