Disney's Animal Kingdom is replacing DinoLand U.S.A. with Tropical Americas, an 11-acre land centered on the village of Pueblo Esperanza and home to Indiana Jones and the Myth of the Jade Serpent, Antonio's Fiesta de Encanto, and the El Carrusel de los Animalitos carousel. As of August 2026 Disney has committed only to a 2027 opening year: at D23 in August 2026 it named all three attractions but gave no season and no date.
